Returns Instructions: Repackage the product in its original packaging (including manuals and component parts) and e-mail us at brian@ashcos.co.uk or phone us on 0114 2433 181 / 0115 9444 131 to arrange collection. Unless products are defective or were damaged on receipt, they must be returned in an unused, resalabe condition. This includes no writing on the packaging. Your statutory rights are not effected.
